Target Labs' Client Javien Expands and
Increases Development Efforts (Sep. 18th, 2003)
Javien Digital Payment
Systems, a client and partner of Target Labs, is expanding. Bolstered by its
growing clientele, Javien is opening a New York City office and
is starting a new marketing initiative.
Javien is a leading provider of Internet processing and billing for digital
content. The company has a number of high profile clients.
The United States Internet Industry Association is using technology from
Javien to collect payments for its weekly e-bulletin and archives collection.
Kiplinger Washington Editors has selected Javien to provide the payment
processing technology for Kiplinger.com premium archive purchases. Forbes.com
is another well-known Javien client.
Target Labs has been supporting Javien's software development efforts for over

Target Labs
has officially become a vendor of Verizon Internet Services
and Verizon Internet Solutions (together commonly
known as Verizon Online). Verizon Online has recognized
Target Labs as an official vendor authorized to provide IT services
in the areas where Target Labs engineers are currently already involved
at Verizon Online's Reston facilities: Network and product testing,
development of extensions to the Verizon OSS system, and database
integration and administration. According to Larry Poltavtsev, President
and CEO of Target Labs, "we view the master service agreement
signed by our companies as an opportunity to further build our relationship
and to continue to provide quality IT services to Verizon Online."

Target
Labs client VideoNext receives $2 million in additional funding
VideoNext,
a provider of web-based video conferencing services, has received
two million dollars in additional funding from its investors, New
England Partners and Kirnaf, Ltd. to help finance its sales and
marketing effort. Target Labs is the primary developer of VideoNext's
suite of internet video products, which include on-line video conferencing,
video surveillance and streaming services. "We are glad to
see that the products we've developed with VideoNext are finding
acceptance in the marketplace," says Target Labs CEO Larry
Poltavtsev, "we feel this confirms our capabilities as a software
development provider in general and our expertise in voice and video
over IP technologies in particular. We look forward to a continued

IT marketplace

development and consulting firm specializing in helping Information
Technology product and service companies bring their solutions to
