We also have the capability to set up client-dedicated offsite facilities near customer locations.

Onsite Projects -Target Labs works at the client location with full responsibility for project delivery. We provide most of the project team's personnel. Our clients usually provide business-related subject expertise and technical support to optimize the process and to facilitate the transition to post -implementation operations.

Project Staffing and Support - Target Labs provides individual consultants or teams to client IT projects in order to fulfill particular project functions or deliver specific systems components. In this case the client maintains responsibility and control for the project's management and deliverables.

Project Management - We provide project management with or without other Target Labs technical consultants assigned to the project. Our project managers perform the role of leader and facilitator, while the client retains the desired level of control and responsibility for on-time delivery and results.
